The ALLIANCE is excited to recruit a Technical Officer for the ALISS programme. ALISS - A Local Information System for Scotland is a web-based system for finding and sharing information about community services, groups, activities and resources that support health and wellbeing. The Technical Officer has a pivotal role, supporting the operation of the ALISS website, the data held on the system and providing a point of contact for ALISS users.
The successful candidate for this role should have:
Excellent communication skills
Experience of a public facing customer service-type role
Experience of updating websites using a content management system

This is a full time role, 35 hours per week, and based in Glasgow. The post holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach to working hours as travel throughout Scotland and occasional additional hours will be required. However, this will be reimbursed through the organisation's Time off in Lieu scheme.
