Job Summary:

We're looking for a versatile and enthusiastic General All-Rounder to join our car showroom team. The ideal candidate will be willing to get hands-on with a variety of tasks including parts sourcing, arranging MOTs, collecting/delivering vehicles, supporting sales activities, and contributing to showroom operations. This role is perfect for someone who's flexible, proactive, and passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Sourcing: Source and procure vehicle parts for repairs, sales, and customer needs

Vehicle Handling: Collect and deliver vehicles for MOT/testing,bodyshops and supplier logistics

MOT & Testing: Assist with arranging MOT appointments, preparing vehicles for test, and liaising with test centres

Sales Support: Help drive sales activities as needed, support sales team, and engage with customers

Showroom Operations: Contribute to day-to-day running of the showroom including stock management and admin tasks

Customer Service: Handling enquiries and requests efficiently

Finance equiries Dealing with finance companies

Miscellaneous Tasks: Undertake other duties as required to support the showroom's success

Requirements:

- Experience in the automotive industry advantageous (but not essential - enthusiasm and willingness to learn key)

- Good organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work flexibly and handle multiple tasks

- Basic mechanical knowledge helpful; willingness to learn about cars and sales

- Friendly, customer-focused attitude

- Able to work in a team and take initiative

- Valid driving licence (essential for vehicle collection/delivery)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
