We're Hiring - All-Rounder to Support Young People
We're looking for a flexible, enthusiastic person to join our team and support young people through interest-based, hands-on learning.
This isn't a "one-size-fits-all" role - we're after someone who can go with the flow, adapt to the moment, and bring energy and encouragement to a variety of activities. One day might be outdoors exploring nature or working with animals, the next could be practical projects, creative ideas, or just following what inspires our young people most.

Responsibilities
Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to meet the individual needs of each student. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student engagement. Provide support in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student performance and feedback. Collaborate with other educators and specialists as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
