Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alloy wheel Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an experienced technical background and a passion for repairing wheels to a high standard . This role is essential in ensuring that all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair damage to alloy wheels Use specialist diamond cutting lathe to repair modern wheel finishes Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in repair processes. Maintain accurate records of repairs, equipment used and torque settings Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Alloy Repair Technician or in a close similar role. Show an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is advantageous.
