We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our successful Junction 16 team.


This post is integral to our school and plays an important role in enhancing the opportunities for young people. This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in a range of administrative tasks, systems and processes as well as being able to work successfully with pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure their success.


As an Alternative Provision Officer you will need to share our commitment and vision with a team of likeminded colleagues. Our collection of schools is not only changing but also growing. As a result, this could lead to further progression opportunities within our schools over time.


The successful candidate will be able to engage and enthuse our pupils and work cooperatively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape. Junction 16 is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and other vetting procedures including the provision of two good references.
