Here at Mrprime.com, we're an exciting, fast-growing digital marketing agency, and we're looking for a new Amazon Account Executive to join our team.

This isn't your normal sales role, and that's by design. We've built our business around a consultative sales process. The goal isn't just to make a sale; it's to build genuine, long-term partnerships with clients we truly believe we can help. We spend a great deal of our time and energy on our clients, so it's critical that we start off on the right foot, making sure we're a perfect fit for them and that they are for us. Fear of not being able to help is a big reason not to take on a new client, so we only move forward when we're confident we can deliver amazing results.

About The Role



This role is a central and really important part of our business. You won't be isolated in a sales silo. Instead, you'll be the linchpin that connects our marketing, delivery, and client success teams. You'll work closely with marketing to shape our message and with our delivery experts to scope out projects, ensuring what we promise is what we deliver. It's a position that sits right at the heart of everything we do.

One of the most interesting aspects of the job is that you'll also get to work across our entire portfolio of existing clients. We're constantly innovating, and a big part of your role will be identifying new ways we can help our partners grow beyond Amazon. This means exploring new opportunities on emerging platforms like TikTok Shop and Walmart, and introducing other new services as we develop them.

We're at an exciting stage. The business is growing nicely, and we're developing proprietary AI capabilities that give our clients a significant edge. You'll be at the forefront of bringing these innovations to market.

Who We Are Looking For



We're looking for someone who shares our approach. You're less of a salesperson and more of a strategic partner and problem-solver. You're a great listener, you build trust easily, and you're motivated by your clients' success.

Ideally, you have direct experience working with Amazon, whether that's on the brand side, the agency side, or at Amazon itself. This is really the main thing we need. You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and the ever-changing digital landscape. You are a brilliant communicator, able to work closely and effectively with different teams. You see the big picture and can spot opportunities for growth where others might not.
