The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage our Amazon Vendor Central operations. You'll be responsible for day-to-day account management, ensuring inventory, product listings, logistics, and financial processes run smoothly.
You'll work closely with our internal teams (purchasing, logistics, marketing) and Amazon contacts to maximize product performance and ensure our brand is presented at its best. Opportunities to grow into a Senior Amazon Strategist / Ecommerce Manager within 2-3 years.
Key responsibilities
Manage operational tasks in Vendor Central, including order processing, logistics booking, and delivery tracking
Monitor Amazon forecasts and work collaboratively with purchasing to ensure adequate stock
Track chargebacks, submit disputes, and follow up on resolutions
Ensure financial accuracy: ensure any shortage claims are investigated and re-charged to Amazon
Maintain and optimise product listings: pricing, images, descriptions, and availability
Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and report insights to the team
New SKU launches and product life cycle updates
Manage Amazon PPC budget spending
Key Skills & Experience
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar e-commerce platform
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and act on data insights
ERP system experience (SAP or similar)
High attention to detail
Organizational and task prioritization skills
Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Amazon Advertising or PPC campaigns
Advanced Excel or data visualisation skills
Experience in FMCG, food, or retail categories
