,

Jubel

, and many more. We help brands thrive on Amazon through a combination of sales, marketing, operations, and creative strategy -- offering full-service solutions across Vendor and Seller Central.

We're a collaborative, energetic team who believe in doing things properly -- from data-driven decision making to strong creative storytelling. With an expanding European presence, we're now looking for a passionate and detail-driven SEO & Catalogue Specialist to join our growing team.

The Role

As an SEO & Catalogue Specialist, you'll be responsible for improving product visibility, discoverability, and conversion across Amazon. Working closely with our account management, creative, and PPC teams, you'll ensure every product listing is optimised for search and sales performance.

This role combines SEO strategy, copywriting, and catalogue management. You'll be hands-on in crafting keyword-rich content, optimising product data, and maintaining catalogue accuracy -- all while learning the inner workings of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.

We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and detail-obsessed, with a passion for e-commerce and great writing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics to identify optimisation opportunities. Write engaging, keyword-optimised titles, bullet points, and descriptions that convert browsers into buyers. Manage and update product catalogue data across Vendor and Seller Central, ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. Analyse search performance and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and drive improvements. Collaborate with the design and PPC teams to align SEO strategy with creative and advertising goals. Monitor competitor listings and trends to maintain best-in-class content quality. Implement A+ Content and brand store updates alongside the creative team. Stay up to date with Amazon algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements

1-2 years' experience in an SEO, copywriting, or e-commerce role (Amazon experience desirable). Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for grammar, structure, and persuasive copy. Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to guide decisions. Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools. Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for managing product data. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Familiarity with common industry software tools or e-commerce platforms is desirable.

What We Offer

A collaborative and friendly team environment in our Ashley Cross office. Flexible working hours to support work-life balance. Dedicated support, additional training, and on-the-job development to help you succeed. Hands-on training in Amazon SEO, operations, and catalogue management. A day off for your birthday every year. Health insurance perks after 12 months of service. Opportunity to work with well-known FMCG brands like Tetley, Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauces, Jubel, and more. Team socials, great coffee, and plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas that make a real impact.
