Amazon Digital Marketing eCommerce Manager, hybrid to the London HQ. If you have previously been the B2C/D2C eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager of a small company that grew through the 30M-50M+ revenue range, in B2C consumer goods/services with a strong digital marketplace and eCommerce presence, don't miss this exciting opportunity to make an impact in a young and dynamic company.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the Amazon / eCommerce business over the next three to five years

• Be a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration

• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance

• Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency

• Champion the company's core values and behaviours, serving as a culture fit and inspiring others to embody these principles in their work

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce, with a focus on D2C/B2C customer acquisition and retention marketing
