We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Ambassador & Influencer Manager to lead our engagement with ambassadors, influencers, and celebrity supporters. This role oversees the development and delivery of our high-profile engagement strategy, ensuring partnerships are authentic, values-led, and aligned with our mission.

Working closely with Marketing & Communications, Income Generation, and Services, you will build and manage a strong network of high-profile supporters who can meaningfully amplify our campaigns, raise awareness and contribute to our goals.



Key Responsibilities





Strategy & Planning




Oversee and deliver the engagement strategy for ambassadors, influencers, and celebrity supporters. Ensure all high-profile partnerships are authentic, align with our mission and contribute positively to our brand and organisational priorities. Develop and maintain a strategic prospect pipeline of ambassadors, influencers and celebrity supporters aligned with our mission and values. Identify opportunities across campaigns, fundraising, and services where high-profile involvement can meaningfully add value.

Relationship & Network Management


Build and steward strong, genuine relationships with ambassadors, influencers, celebrities and their representatives. Oversee all due diligence processes to safeguard our reputation and ensure alignment with our values. Manage long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support both our needs and the interests of our high-profile partners. Act as a key point of contact to ensure a positive and professional experience for all high-profile partners.

Campaign & Content Delivery


Plan and coordinate ambassador and influencer involvement in campaigns, fundraising appeals, social media content, media opportunities and events to help us build our brand and profile. Produce clear briefs, messaging and content plans to support impactful, consistent storytelling. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-profile activity is integrated, effective and delivered to a high standard. Ensure all activity complies with our brand and safeguarding guidelines.

Monitoring & Reporting


Monitor and report on the impact of ambassador and influencer activity on awareness, engagement, and organisational goals. Assess authenticity, strategic value, and effectiveness of partnerships to inform ongoing and future engagement strategies.



About You

Skills & Experience





Essential


Experience managing ambassador, influencer, celebrity or high-profile supporter relationships. Strong understanding of influencer engagement, digital communications and media. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging high-profile individuals and their agents. Proven ability to build authentic, values-aligned, trust-based relationships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Sound judgement and experience in reputational due diligence. Creative thinker with the ability to deliver meaningful, impactful partnership activity. Commitment to the charity's mission, values and safeguarding principles.

Desirable


Experience in the charity or non-profit sector. Existing relationships within influencer, talent, media, or entertainment networks. Experience developing briefs, key messages, and content plans for campaigns.
