Cartello Ambulance is fast growing private ambulance company with bases across central England and Wales, we deliver a professional service supporting the NHS with Non-Emergency Patient Transport.

We are there to support and aid our patience's in transporting between home, hospitals, care homes, attending appointments and much more, we believe our colleagues are the heart of the business of which makes us so successful, all our crews will be able to drive and assist on the ambulances. We have in branch trainers, of which someone is always on hand to offer help and support where needed, on-line learning as well as on the job.

Our aim is to collect the patience from the collection address and deliver them safe to the destination address with all the help and support needed by them, in a safe, pleasant, comfortable environment.

We are looking for People who are looking ADOC shifts with true Flexibility to suit our clients' needs.

What will I be doing?

Supporting and aiding our patients to walk, travel in a wheelchair, or stretcher to and from their hospital appointments, transfer from care home to care home or home to care home ensuring they are kept at ease whilst in your care. You will be driving a long wheelbase ambulance and will be required to clean it at the end of every shift as cleanliness is paramount.

We will provide you with all the training to help you do your job amazingly well! & training is delivered free of charge.

This role is based at our depot in Holywell, Flintshire CH8 9DX

What experience will I need?

A full UK manual driving license (for approx. 2 years or more) is proffered

Applicants must be over 18

No more than 6 points/endorsements on your driving license ( Over 21 with 2 years experience for drivers )

A warm, caring, and welcoming personality

Strong work ethic and the willingness to go the extra mile to deliver patient care

Physically fit for patient handling and moving
