Analyst - Cardiff

Our Cardiff team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a talented Analyst to join us.


As an Analyst, you will report to the Retail and Customer Services Manager and play a key part in delivering insightful financial and non-financial analysis. You'll help maintain accurate records, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to operational excellence across our utility projects.

Your responsibilities as an Analyst:

Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and support operational needs. Develop and maintain data collection, aggregation, and reporting procedures, including processes related to customer metering and procurement of water services. Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing regular KPI updates and insights for decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, support account migrations, and deliver solutions that enable accurate and timely billing. Use data insights to support strategic planning, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the business.

Essential:

Excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desirable:

Graduate qualification (preferably in Economics or Accounts) Experience in the utilities sector Experience in using Dynamics 365
