The Client:
This is an exciting opportunity for to join a leading independent financial advisory and investment house. Our client specialises in renewable energy and energy transition technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to support this growing and dynamic team.
The Role:
The Analyst duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing in-depth company/ sector analysis and financial modelling for both pitches and live mandates, as well as translating financial analysis into concise client recommendations
• Drafting deal marketing documents as well as internal investment presentations and other client documentation where required
• Assisting in the co-ordination of due diligence activities. You will be hands-on across the entire execution process including co-ordinating workstreams with other advisers
• Firm-wide marketing activities including drafting pitches and building and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients

The successful Analyst will have:

• A passion to work in investment banking with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector
• Previous exposure to financial modelling preferred
• Relevant professional experience: previous work experience in relevant sectors (investment banking, consulting, renewable energy firms or other transaction services) but other suitable experience is welcomed
• The ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
• The ability to deal with senior industry counterparties
• A high level of initiative
• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and ideally another European language
