Job description

Korn Ferry are looking for an Analyst to join their Executive pay advisory team based in London.

As an Analyst on the team, you will work closely with the wider team, pulling together data and analysis on company remuneration arrangements and business strategy, to support the team in providing advice to primarily UK FTSE Listed Companies on Executive Pay, incentive plan design and corporate governance.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work at pace to deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Apply, as directed, the work procedures or approaches needed to address technical challenges.
  • Carry out research, analyze and manipulate data and produce reports to provide understanding and insights.
  • Develop an understanding of the executive pay and corporate governance world
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor\'s degree - ideally from a maths / science / economics background
  • Some previous business experience preferred but not essential, e.g. internships.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data skills
  • Strong team-based work ethic
