Conduct rigorous financial analysis and modelling for new investment opportunities
Prepare investment committee presentations and memoranda
Monitor and analyse the operational and financial performance of existing investments
Assist with the daily management of existing real estate investments, including interaction with joint venture partners and third-party service providers
Contribute to group collaboration and sharing knowledge across the NBIM organisation
What you need
University degree with strong academic records
2-4 years of relevant real estate investment experience, preferably from a top real estate, investment or fund manager
Experience working with the industrial and logistics sector is considered an advantage
Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, and high level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
