WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a

Analyst, Inventory & Replenishment - Online Operations

to join our

eCommerce Team

on a 12-month contractual basis. This position will be based out of our N

ottingham

Warehouse and will require candidates to work

on-site

,

5-days

a week for

3 months

and then

convert

to a

hybrid

schedule for

2 days in the office

and

3 days out of office

.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Be the business lead and contact for all global online inventory management functions including but not limited to replenishment, FIFO management, physical counts, reporting and batch management. Tracks inventory health across all SKUs, leveraging data to develop accurate replenishment plans and maintain ideal stock levels for all online channels (Brand.com & TikTok Shop). Oversees inventory preparation, fulfilment and replenishment of new product launches (NPLs). Regularly interacts within the Online Operations and supply chain teams to exchange critical inventory data, communicate replenishment status and resolve stock-related issues. Supports cross-functional collaboration with internal warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers and global replenishment stakeholders. Deep knowledge in one or more key areas: stock flow processes, Microsoft Excel based reporting, and Dynamics 365/Salesforce integration with inventory functions. Manage key stock health indicators such as low stock alerts, OOS reports, and expired/damaged goods processing. Report directly to senior management within Online Operations and collaborates closely with the global supply chain and warehouse management teams. Mentor junior team members in day-to-day inventory management procedures and acts as a point of contact for guidance on system processes, replenishment tracking, and issue escalation. Supports reporting relationships by maintaining structured documentation, logs, and updates on replenishment plans, inventory KPIs and operational insights.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Experience in inventory/supply chain analysis, transportation or retail analysis is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and OData connector integration Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing datasets Prior experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce is a strong assest.
