Mango Direct Marketing is a 24/7, 365 days a year Contact Centre which specialises in a complete end to end range of services for many companies and charities throughout the UK, Ireland and Internationally. We boast a wealth of experience providing both inbound and outbound telephone services, social media management, fulfilment, live chat, and SMS management across multiple industries.

We have an excellent opportunity for an AnalystProgrammer to join our inhouse IT Department.

The Analyst part of the role will have responsibility for the completion of assigned reports and transfers, data updates and an excellent understanding on how to analyse, interpret and present data. The Programmer responsibilities involve, managing a mixture of daily coding tasks and longer-term project goals. The Analyst responsibilities will be the core part of the role, while the Programmer will be given the opportunity to thrive working with Visual Studio and Mango's off the shelf scripting tool. On the job training will be essential as will a willingness to learn from others and think outside the box.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Analyst

Responsibility for completion of all assigned reports and transfers within the required SLA Completion of data updates both manually and with SQL Completion of data import and export of all sizes Analyse, interpret and present data effectively

Programmer

Responsibility for completion of all assigned daily tasks Responsibility for completion of all assigned project tasks within the given KPI milestones

Other

Ensure that time spent is recorded on timesheets Liaise internally and manage expectations with key stakeholders and inhouse Developers Deliver monthly Key Performance Indicators, presenting these once per month at the IT KPI meeting Other duties as dictated by the needs of the business

PROFILE:



Data driven and have an excellent knowledge and understanding of Excel and Access Knowledge of SQL and Javascript Personal effectiveness, set priorities, and manages time effectively Team orientation, willingness to help and do what needs to be done Ability to work solo or as part of the larger team Excellent programming, analytical and evaluative skills in tasks Results orientation strives to consistently achieve all tasks and targets Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships An eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a high paced and ever-changing environment Office based role with no option to work from home
