Hours of Work: Mon - Fri - 10am - 4pm are the core hours. The remaining hours to reach your 37.5-hour total can be made up anytime outside these hours during the week.

The Role
As part of the Pharma Services Unit, the role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for Analytical Support Department.
The post holder will maintain a secure and accurate document archiving system - catalogue receipt of documentation, scan/archive documentation in accordance with the relevant SOP. They will carry out routine sorting, filing, photocopying, scanning and organisation of internal, incoming and outgoing mail distributing to staff as appropriate.
