Job Description

We are currently looking for a Analytical Development Chemist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Bedfordshire area. As the Analytical Development Chemist you will be responsible for helping new production line and analysing current products in the pipeline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Analytical Development Chemist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Identifying areas of improvement and introducing new technology to enhance laboratory analysis procedures.

2. Directing investigations to support already-used techniques and commercial goods.

3. Perform Method Validation on semi solid dosage products.

4. Write up and review SOPs, protocols and test methods.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Analytical Development Chemist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Chemistry related field.

2. Proven industry experience with HPLC and TLC.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with semi solid dosages.
