? Hours:

Full time, 35 hours per week

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Remote based from our London / Bristol Support Office with occasional travel) Salary: 37,522.87 - 46,434.55 (Depending on location and experience)

The Role

As our Analytics Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain the data models and Power BI dashboards that drive decision-making across the organisation. Your work will help teams understand performance, identify trends, and improve outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain data models in Azure Analysis Services Build clear, interactive Power BI dashboards used by stakeholders across MSI UK Gather reporting requirements and translate them into intuitive BI solutions Continuously improve existing reports and dashboards Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security Support users and provide training on Power BI Collaborate closely with our data team to ensure access to high-quality, timely data Occasionally integrate datasets into Azure Synapse Analytics Maintain documentation and stay current with the latest BI tools and best practices

What You'll Bring

Strong Power BI experience, including advanced DAX Experience with Azure Analysis Services or similar modelling tools Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy Ability to turn complex requirements into clean, user-friendly visuals Confident communicator who works well with stakeholders at all levels Bonus skills: Azure Synapse, Python, ML/AI
