We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Analytics Manager.

In this role, you will:

Manage a range of high-value and sensitive remediation projects from inception to delivery. Create and maintain robust, high-quality documentation to drive team effectiveness and ensure audit readiness. Act as the key business contact for specific projects and serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics. Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of high-quality validated strategies while managing projects. Proactively identify opportunities to either prevent remediation, simplify operations and implement automation to improve efficiency. Gain buy-in from stakeholders across various levels of the organisation to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions. Utilise available tools and technologies to implement data-driven solutions effectively.


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:



Experienced in manipulating large datasets using SQL or similar and applying analytical techniques to produce explanatory or predictive results. Working in an analytical role within financial services or an alternative data driven organisation within large analytical teams. Experience working in highly regulated environment such as redress or remediation. A conscientious, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communicator able to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A current, up-to-date knowledge and awareness of relevant commercial and business issues. Experience with tooling such as Python, Vertex AI, and BI Tools QlikSense, Looker, PowerBI.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham
