What are we looking for?

Our aim is to provide warm and friendly care within a homely environment. You will work as part of the team to keep the home clean and fresh, assist with Kitchen Assistant duties and to launder the resident's clothes.

(An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be covered Heritage Manor)

Peer Mentor:

You will be allocated a Peer Mentor who has been trained to support you during your probation. You will shadow them for your first two weeks, and they will ensure that you know what is expected of you
