Job Description

As an experienced Production Planner, you will be someone who flourishes in a multifaceted role where you can utilise your organisation and communication skill to ensure the smooth management of the production process from raw materials to logistics.

Joining one of the global leaders in animal nutrition at their state of the art Worcestershire based production facility, you will be an integral part of their collaborative global team. This business have exceptional quality products which go through vigorous quality control during the manufacturing and are backed up by extensive independent research.

The ideal person would have a prior understanding of fermentation, whether this be from the human or animal sector but those with a thorough knowledge of food production planning are also welcome to get in touch.

The role will involve:

• Utilising historic data, forecasting and supply information to plan production schedules and improve production efficiency.
• Labelling responsibilities.
• Liaising with all other departments.
• Support new product development.
• Manage material/ingredient supply and relationships.
• General administration duties to include implementing new software process.

Package is dependent on prior experience, candidates must live within a commutable distance of Worcestershire.
