Animetal is looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales assistant with excellent anime knowledge to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to all customers, ensuring that orders are processed, customer orders are shipped promptly, and product inventory is replenished.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information on product availability and pricing.

Provide customer service to all customers who visit the store.

Maintain cleanliness of the retail store and the work area.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Assist with other projects as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent anime knowledge

Ability to start conversation with customers easily

Good time keeping

Eye for details

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Strong communication skills;

Ability to work independently with little supervision; be self-directed; and demonstrate effective time management skills.

Attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which will include weekends and holidays.
