Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Antenna Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our antenna systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations, coordinating scheduled inspections, and overseeing repairs of various antenna installations, including both ground and rooftop sites. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job training to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards. The supervisor will also be tasked with maintaining detailed service records, preparing maintenance reports, and communicating effectively with management regarding the status of all antenna systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or telecommunications, with proven experience in antenna maintenance or a related field. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure. A thorough understanding of safety procedures, RF exposure guidelines, and industry best practices is essential. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software for diagnostics and maintenance scheduling is highly desirable. Candidates must be able to work at heights, adapt to changing environments, and be available for emergency call-outs as needed. Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or industry-specific credentials, will be considered an advantage.
