Back by popular demand, our Early Careers Actuarial Conference returns for a second year at Aon's London Headquarters. This in-person event offers an outstanding opportunity for more than 100 undergraduate students to explore the actuarial profession in depth, learning about key industry trends, challenges and opportunities.
Through engaging sessions, interactive discussions and networking, you'll gain valuable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of an actuary, what's needed to succeed in this field and how Aon's actuarial teams help clients manage risk and make data-driven decisions. You'll also connect with our award-winning Early Careers team who are ready to offer advice for a successful application!
Who can attend
Students studying a highly numerate degree subject at a UK university, due to graduate in 2025, 2026, 2027 or 2028
You will need to have or be on track for a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) or above
You will need to have achieved an A-grade or above in Maths A-level, A-grade in Maths Scottish higher or the international equivalent of this
We encourage applications from students from all backgrounds with a curiosity about the actuarial industry
Travel expenses
Aon will support with all reasonable UK domestic travel expenses (up to 150) to and from this event, but not meals or accommodation. Travel expenses will be reimbursed post-event. Further details will be shared if you are successful in gaining a place at this event.

This is a ticketed event so there are limited places available, therefore we cannot guarantee places for all. Priority will be given to those who have not attended an Aon Early Careers conference previously
