We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy

Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a background in administration, a strong interest in technology, and a passion for process improvement, this role is for you. Experience with tools such as Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or other analytical platforms is a plus and will allow you to enhance business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and upload vendor invoices, supporting the GBS AP processing team in resolving queries by liaising with vendors and local Infor entities. Prepare, review, and process payment batches accurately and on time. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing procedures. Support internal and external audits as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Finance. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement. Develop, maintain, and automate financial models and reports using available technology. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

Some experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role, with a strong focus on technology and automation. Skills in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
