We are now seeking an App Marketing Manager reporting to our Head of Digital. It is a fabulous opportunity to make your mark and join our team in the UK as one of the world\'s leading FinTech solution providers.

The role - what you\'ll do as an App Marketing Manager:

As a crucial player in our self-service ecosystem, this is an exciting opportunity to design, build and implement our Appstore and Marketplace marketing channels.

You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will communicate the roadmap for growth in these already existing, high-performing channels. In this key role, you will:

Strategy:

• Set the acquisition strategy for the Dext mobile app (iOS and Android);
• Align to business objectives and product roadmap;
• Design and build the marketing acquisition strategy for growth via the industry-leading marketplace Appstores (i.e. Intuit, Xero, Zapier marketplaces).

Data:

• Take full ownership of app acquisition and performance analytics;
• Develop new data-driven marketing measures to further grow Dext\'s App ecosphere;
• Analyse marketing measures and app usage to improve campaign performance as well as app retention;
• Research, monitor, and optimise app store and keyword performance;
• Establish country-specific strategies to improve discoverability, conversion & activation rates in the app stores and marketplaces.

Campaigns:

• Plan, implement and execute app marketing campaigns, via paid social, google app campaigns, apple search ads etc working with the Paid Media lead.

Performance lead:

• Improve conversion rates across Dext\'s key markets;
• Work closely with brand and product teams to support full-funnel campaigns and to stay up-to-date on new product features we can promote.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of app store algorithms and experience developing and working in ASO strategies and working with Apple Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Decision-making abilities;
• Data-driven and analytical;
• Verbal and written communication;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Ability to foster key relationships.

Experience:

• Experience in a leading app or e-commerce company or in the app marketing industry;
• Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company or FinTech and financial services space is a plus.
