About the Role
As our
App Marketing & Operations Manager
, you will play a critical role in preparing the product for market launch, building its brand presence, and driving user acquisition and engagement from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, shape the go-to-market strategy, and have a direct impact on the app's success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the pre-launch and post-launch marketing strategies to position the app effectively in the UK market.
Plan and implement online and offline promotional campaigns to build brand awareness and attract target users.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure marketing assets, app store listings, and content are optimised for user engagement.
Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and community engagement activities.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and user acquisition funnels.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
Support partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and lifestyle service providers to drive cross-promotion.
Coordinate with the development team on feature launches, updates, and user feedback loops.
About You
Proven experience in app marketing, digital marketing, or operations management -- preferably in lifestyle, consumer services, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of mobile app user acquisition strategies (including App Store Optimisation, social media advertising, and influencer marketing).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics.
Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and can work independently.
Familiarity with lifestyle service trends in the UK market is a strong advantage.
Preferred but not essential
Experience in pre-launch app marketing or early-stage start-ups.
Existing network in influencer marketing or lifestyle service industries.

Pay: 70,000.00-100,000.00 per year
