App Product Manager (Gaming Focus)

Responsibilities

Lead the overall planning and functional design of the company's mobile application (blockchain-based gaming app), and define the product roadmap. Create and maintain product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and wireframes, ensuring clear communication of features to development and design teams. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features on time. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and feedback to continuously optimize the app's user experience (UI/UX). Participate in the design and implementation of the in-app game economy, including token issuance, exchange, and incentive mechanisms. Monitor product performance metrics (retention rate, conversion rate, monetization rate, etc.) and use data insights to drive product iterations. Research market trends and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and propose innovative product features. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product features are well integrated with promotional campaigns and community activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or related fields.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile applications

, with proven success in delivering end-to-end product launches or iterative improvements. Strong understanding of

mobile app product development lifecycle

(requirements gathering, prototyping, development, testing, release). Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product decisions. Familiarity with

blockchain, Web3, or GameFi

is a strong plus; experience in token economy design is highly desirable. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
