Description





As an App Store Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the App Store, driven by our Business Development team. You will be creating processes that align the day-to-day of our partner-facing colleagues to strategic priorities and empower them to generate business growth. This position is a rare opportunity to contribute to a central team focused on establishing frameworks, strengthening cross-functional feedback loops and streamlining communication within a dynamic organization.




Responsibilities



Design, support, and improve workflows related to the core functions of App Store Business Managers. Manage communications across the global organization, ensuring timely updates, alignment, and accountability. Partner with internal stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, and tracking frameworks for growth initiatives. Translate outcomes from growth initiatives and feedback from global teams into recommendations that influence strategy. Continuously improve internal systems to ensure their flexibility, efficiency, and relevance to stakeholders. Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to drive consistency in execution across regions.





Minimum Qualifications



Demonstrable experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or a related field. Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs. Strong focus on business growth and organizational efficiency. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Skilled in presentation and analysis tools (Keynote, Excel) and familiar with workflow tools such as Airtable.


Preferred Qualifications



Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Curious, hands-on and committed to continuous improvement.
