As the ERP Business Process Leader, you will be a key player in our upcoming ERP implementation project. You will be responsible for leading the transformation of our core business processes, ensuring they are optimized, streamlined, and aligned with our new ERP system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of business operations. You will act as a bridge between the technical implementation team and the business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective system solutions.



Key Responsibilities:



Process Analysis and Design: Lead the analysis and documentation of current "as-is" business processes. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to design and define future "to-be" processes that leverage the capabilities of the new ERP system. ERP Implementation: Serve as the subject matter expert on business processes during the ERP implementation. Collaborate with the project team to configure the system to meet business requirements and ensure a seamless transition. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and end-users to gain buy-in and ensure their needs are met. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes effectively to all stakeholders. Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, including training materials and communication strategies, to ensure a smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Data Management: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity as it moves from legacy systems to the new ERP. System Testing: Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the new system and processes meet the defined business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and/or project management, with a strong focus on ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation to completion. Deep understanding of core business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
