Apple is looking for a marketing manager to develop and support marketing programmes for Apple Pay and Apple Wallet services. The role is primarily responsible for working with financial partners to drive consumer awareness and education of Apple Pay as part of the Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) EMEIA team.



Description



Manage strategic marketing relationships with financial partners to drive consumer education and active use of Apple Pay. Work with internal marketing teams to support marketing planning, creative development, review and approval of partner communications following Apple Guidelines.



Drive development of Apple Pay communications in Apple-owned channels to support Wallet features related to Apple Pay. Work with Product and Business teams to define the brief and marketing plan. Work with key external partners to educate through their channels on new and existing Wallet features.



Work with US-based and local Marketing teams to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for key EMEIA markets and identify opportunities to incorporate Wallet features in Apple Pay campaign-based and evergreen engagement communications.




Be aware of market dynamics and regulatory environment effecting payments and impact on customer experience and behaviour. Partner with regional Business stakeholders to identify trends and insights and define marketing needs.



The role will include virtual meetings across time zones and travel within EMEIA as needed.

Preferred Qualifications



Prior experience in financial products or services



Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously



Excellent communication and presentation skills



Customer-focused with strong attention to detail



A university degree or equivalent




Fluency in English. Additional European languages desirable.



Minimum Qualifications





Experience driving partner marketing activities and customer acquisition campaigns across different geographical territories



Experience working collaboratively and building positive relationships with business partners and stakeholders



Understanding of product marketing and proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
