This is a customer-facing role that requires technical expertise, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and install home appliances at customer locations
Ensure all appliances are properly connected and functioning according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve minor technical problems on-site
Provide clear and courteous instructions to customers on appliance use and maintenance
Complete installation paperwork, documentation, and service reports accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in customer homes and company vehicles
Collaborate with team members and dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience
in residential appliance installation
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as related to appliance setup
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and move heavy appliances using proper tools and safety techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
