Role Overview


As an Application Architect, you will define and lead the architecture vision for digital products, including mobile banking, online platforms, and customer-facing solutions. You'll design secure, scalable systems aligned with business goals and compliance standards, while guiding development teams and influencing stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Architect end-to-end solutions using modern tech stacks and integration patterns. Strategic Vision: Shape the technology roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term goals. Governance: Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance frameworks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into technical solutions and advise senior leadership. Technology Leadership: Promote strategic technologies and mentor team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Architecture Expertise: Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs. Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP including migration and architecture. Software Engineering: Strong development background (Java, Python) and agile practices. Banking Domain Knowledge: Experience in payments, cards, loans, or digital banking channels. Communication & Problem Solving: Ability to articulate complex ideas and design innovative solutions.
