Application Engineer - Aerospace (South Coast)

Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits

This is a newly created role with an established and growing engineering organisation where you'll play a pivotal part in turning customer requirements into certified technical solutions across both rotary and fixed-wing platforms.

What You'll Do

Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and statements of work.

Prepare compliance matrices, certification plans, and technical proposals.

Support quotations, bids, and contract negotiations.

Provide feasibility assessments for new applications and retrofit installations.

Assist with qualification, certification, and documentation processes.

What We're Looking For

Degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Experience in aerospace engineering, certification, or compliance.

Knowledge of EASA/CAA/FAA standards (CS-27/CS-29, DO-160).

Strong CAD skills; PDM/PLM/ERP experience desirable.

Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical requirements into clear deliverables.
