Duties

A Zoller UK Applications Engineer's duties include supporting clients with their tool management software (ZOLLER TMS) by assessing needs, demonstrating products, developing tooling solutions, and providing technical expertise during on-site application support days. They help optimise production processes by ensuring tools meet quality standards, managing inventories, and designing training programs for users.

Skills

Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating ideas and updates to stakeholders. Excellent customer service abilities to ensure user satisfaction with applications. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Strong IT background with an understanding of software development methodologies. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently within project deadlines. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
