What you'll be doing.
Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for an Applications Manager to:
Lead the Applications teams
Oversee delivery of technical support and training services
Support the sales process with expert applications knowledge
Manage Salesforce workflows, engineer utilisation, and budgets
Drive process improvements and customer-focused innovation
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership in a technical or metrology environment
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Salesforce knowledge and a strategic mindset
Customer-centric approach with ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel occasionally (UK & International)
