Responsibilities

Carry out and evaluate application measurements to support product performance
Deliver technical demonstrations, training, and webinars (on-site and remote)
Support customers through the pre- and post-sales process
Develop tailored application solutions and present findings clearly
Maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
Collaborate with R&D on testing, validation, and application development

Candidate profile:

A degree (or higher) in analytical chemistry or a related scientific field
Hands-on experience with laboratory-based analysis (ideally elemental analysis)
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and independent working style
Flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe (up to 20%)
A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach - someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to their work
