Responsibilities
  • Carry out and evaluate application measurements to support product performance
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, training, and webinars (on-site and remote)
  • Support customers through the pre- and post-sales process
  • Develop tailored application solutions and present findings clearly
  • Maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with R&D on testing, validation, and application development
Candidate profile:
  • A degree (or higher) in analytical chemistry or a related scientific field
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory-based analysis (ideally elemental analysis)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and independent working style
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe (up to 20%)
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach - someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to their work
