Job Title: Applicator - Concrete Repair Technician

Location: Derby, UK

Job Type: Full-time (42.5 Hours per week)

Salary: 34K - 41K per annum with OTE of 50K+ inc overtime etc

We are seeking someone who is used to extensive travel/staying away, with an extensive construction-related experience and a wide range of "hands-on" skills.

The role primarily consists of active on-site material application processes and related recording / reporting procedures. On larger projects this would include liasion with Markham subcontractors and other contractors, but would still be a "hands on" role.

Role Summary:

As a applicator, you will assist the Operations team. Your primary responsibilities focusing on:

Site Operative / Applicator:

Including the application of water based waterproofing products using a airless spraying (or similar), subcontractor/ contractor communication/coordination and Daily Check Sheet completion / batch no. records / drawing annotation.

Operations Operative (at base):

Preparation of goods and equipment for site visits or shipping, Collection/return of hire equipment as required & Other operational tasks as needed.

Admixture Batching Control:

Liaison with/attendance at concrete batching plants & Collation of batch records/delivery notes.

Concrete Repairs :

Carrying out concrete repairs such as - Patch repairs, crack repairs, resin injection, sawing/sealing construction joints, installation of movement joints.

Additional Information:

Holidays:

24 days per year, increasing with service up to 29 days.
