How You Can Play Your Part:





As a Helpdesk Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.

You Will Be:





Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, you'll know the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis. Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast paced-environment. Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication. Customer service centric - upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence.

About You:





You are technically astute, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of Chillers; specific Daikin chiller experience would be highly advantageous. You possess:

City & Guilds in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration L2 or equivalent experience F-gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience safely handling refrigerants. Your passion for mastering all technical issues has meant you've been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call-outs.
