What We're Looking For
It would be great if you can bring the following foundational skills -- and if you're not fully confident yet, we'll help you grow:
Working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Word
Some understanding or previous use of
accounting software
Experience working in a
similar office or administrative environment
Key Responsibilities
Your typical day may include:
Processing customer queries by
collating, checking and evaluating information
Compiling and issuing
letters and written responses
to customers and suppliers in line with agreed service levels
Updating and maintaining our
centralised systems and databases
Supporting
projects and special assignments
as needed
Answering incoming
telephone calls
General
data entry
and a variety of other administrative tasks
