is offering an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as an

Apprentice Aftersales Advisor

through the

Toyota Apprenticeship Programme

. This is a customer-facing role where you'll learn how to support customers through their vehicle service journey, while earning a nationally recognised qualification and gaining real dealership experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers and assisting with service, MOT, and repair bookings Keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress Coordinating courtesy car bookings and workshop schedules Advising on Toyota service plans, products, and accessories Learning to use dealership systems and service processes Gaining knowledge across the full Aftersales department

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in the motor trade and delivering great customer service Friendly, professional and well-organised approach Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the role Good verbal and written communication skills GCSEs in English and Maths (preferred, not essential)
