About Us:

Join our passionate and dedicated team at Rainbow Friends Childcare, a vibrant nursery in East London. We provide exceptional care for children aged 0-5 years in a warm and supportive environment. As a Nursery Apprentice, you'll play an essential role in shaping the development and happiness of the children in our care while gaining valuable skills and qualifications in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Support daily activities, including creative play, learning, and outdoor experiences. Help with feeding, naptime, and hygiene routines while maintaining a high standard of care. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team. Observe and document children's progress, contributing to their individual development plans. Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times. Participate in training and complete assignments as part of your apprenticeship program.

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development. Eager to learn and pursue a career in early years education. Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A caring and patient nature, with a strong sense of responsibility. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 6.44-8.40 per hour
