Job Summary


Role Overview

As our Apprentice Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping the company running smoothly. You'll manage client communications, organise schedules for cleaners, handle job forms, and support day-to-day operations from both our office and remotely.

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited for someone organised, confident with digital tools, and comfortable with learning .

Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling

Duties



Manage job scheduling and cleaner assignments using our CRM
Client Communication

Respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email queries in a timely and professional manner Handle change requests, complaints, re-cleans, and special instructions Communicate with property owners, letting agents, and guests when needed
Admin & Compliance

Maintain digital filing of contracts, COSHH records, staff rotas, and timesheets Assist with onboarding of new staff (documents, DBS checks, training reminders) Help with inventory tracking and stock orders
Optional - Marketing & Social Media

Assist in creating posts or updates for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Schedule seasonal campaigns or updates to our service list
Skills & Experience Required

Strong organisation and time-management skills Confident using software (Google Drive, Excel, CRMs, Email, WhatsApp Web) Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in admin, scheduling, hospitality, or cleaning sectors (preferred)

Experience


Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative or office management role. Key qualifications include:

Strong organisation and time-management skills Confident using software (Google Drive, Excel, CRMs, Email, WhatsApp Web) Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in admin, scheduling, hospitality, or cleaning sectors (preferred) PROGRESSION Upon successful completion of the level 3 business administration apprenticeship program you will have achieved a national qualification, recognised through out the industry, and this may, where available lead to a full time permanent position within the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
