Studying towards a level 3 qualification in Business Administration.



Business Support provides specialist administration support to services across the Council.



You will be part of a team providing a range of administrative support and assistance. You will be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.



The successful applicant will be able to work effectively in both a team and on their own, and able to adapt effectively to both quiet and busy environments. It is also important that the successful candidate has a great work ethic and be able to pro-actively maintain a high standard of work.



You will be supported by a professional team with on-the-job training and study time as you work towards an NVQ qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team to deliver a first-class service to the residents and visitors to Calderdale.

Apprenticeship Entry Requirements:



Be aged 16 or older at the start of the apprenticeship. Be a UK citizen or have proof of their right to work in the UK. If they are not a UK or EEA citizen, they must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years. Meet the essential qualification criteria in the role profile and be able to provide original qualification certificates at interview. Do not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in the same or closely related field to the apprenticeship they are applying for. It must be unrelated in subject and content from the qualifications already held.
