Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Care Coordinator to join our team in the Wirral area, this is a new position for us but we feel that we can offer an opportunity to someone to nurture into the role, of coordinator, we are able to offer full training, accredited qualifications, the experience to learn the role and all the training will be funded by ourselves with the view to a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship, you will be paid during the training and this is expected to be for 12 - 18 months.
Based at our accessible office location, you will play a vital role in learning the position and role of care coordinating care services that uphold our company's values of quality and continuity. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Community Caring will provide full training to the right candidate, and you will be enrolled onto Level 3 Qualification in Care with the opportunity to progress further all funded by The Company.
Responsibilities of the Role and Training that you will learn:
You will receive and shadow the team with Coordinating and schedule care visits ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client information and care plans.
Liaise with care teams, clients, and families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new care staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Assist in training new team members and ongoing staff development.
Monitor quality standards and implement improvements where necessary.
Qualifications that you will achieve:
Be enrolled and work towards Level 3 in Care (Supervisory Level)
To achieve Proven experience with office administration within coordination roles.
To learn and train within Software Systems including Rostering and Council Portals
To learn and achieve organizational and communication skills within the role.
To aim to work independently and also as part of a team.
To become competent and confident with management of care teams including supporting with training, medication support ...
Knowledge of healthcare or community care environments is advantageous but not essential as will learn within the role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite an advantage, but not necessary although being able to operate a computer will be an advantage
Being able to learn to show attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be included within the training.
