Five star holiday village seeks enthusiastic Apprentice Chef passionate about transforming good, local food into something really special and learn the skills of the trade.?This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to learn on the job while studying for qualifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Apprentice Chef with the enthusiasm to learn and create dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients. You will become part of a team who are intent on producing some of the best gourmet food and learn to hone your skills across many of our prestigious eateries.

Interested in:

A passionate prospective chef who is keen to take responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a clear passion for food alongside a drive to learn and succeed in a professional kitchen environment. In return for your hard work, we commit to support you through your studies and mentor you day-to-day.

Although this is an apprenticeship role, there is the prospective for future employment and opportunities across the Village.

Availability:

The position is full-time, offering 40 hours over 5 days in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.?
