Apprentice Civil Engineers
(Level 4), where you'll gain real-world experience while studying ultimately leading to a Civil Engineering degree atCoventry University
(Level 6).What You'll Do:
As an Apprentice Civil Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team ensuring our earthworks are built
right, first time, every time
.You'll rotate between
3 weeks on-site
and1 week at university
, applying your learning directly to live projects.You'll grow into the role of a Blackwell Engineer by:
Conducting
site surveys
and setting out for earthworks using GNSS Reviewing3D machine control models
and technical drawings Collaborating with site teams to plan safe, efficient construction methods Writing essential documentation likeRAMS
andQA plans
Supporting site management with short-term planning and commercial awarenessWhat We're Looking For:
Entry level requirements for Level 4;
GCSE Maths & English at grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2
and one of the following:
Level 3 Civil Engineering Apprenticeship 72 UCAS points (including Maths) BTEC Extended Diploma (MMM) with relevant Maths T-Level in Construction (Civil Engineering specialism) with a core grade
