FM Conway is currently seeking an

Apprentice Commercial Assistant

to join our Term Maintenance Division. As an

Apprentice Commercial Assistant

, you will work in a supported environment, developing the skills and knowledge to support with day-to-day commercial duties. As part of the apprenticeship, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Apprentice Commercial Assistant role will include:

Helping to complete month end accounts

Assisting with the setup of new clients

Assisting with arranging meetings with management and suppliers

Being responsible for the successful completion of all elements of your Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification and attending relevant training and enrichment events.

Maintaining confidentiality of business-critical information at all time

Building professional working relationships with colleagues and clients

What skills and experience do you need?

As an

Apprentice Commercial Assistant

, you will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You will be dedicated to completing your Level 3 Business Administration qualification and ideally have a grade 4 and above in both Maths and English GCSEs, however this is not essential.
